Ordering and delivery were absolutely problem-free. I have already made 3 core drillings in the outside wall (red brick and pumice) with the crown - without any problems. Even dry with a Bosch hammer drill it worked great (you need an adapter for SDS). It took me 10-15 minutes per hole. But you have to have strong hands to hold the machine by hand, but it's possible. And the crown still looks pretty good in terms of wear even after three drillings.
